Hi, I'm Kanika

I feel like I have been photographing my whole life. Sometimes with my camera, most days with my eyes. With a subtle minimalistic approach, I strive to create work that is sophisticated and uncompromising. I am a visual creator with a strong base on human emotion and expressive storytelling.

 

My ability to carefully balance a delicate combination of natural light and flash, produces images that reveal the style, texture and character of the subject or space.

I am happiest when designing spaces, styling and propping. Videos especially allow real experimentation with narrative, visuals, storytelling and brand.

My services encompass a range of creative specialities, including art direction, product photography, prop styling, food photography, food styling, campaign shoots, and editorial photography. With my B.Des in Fashion Communication from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, I have a solid foundation in the intersections of fashion, art, and design.
